Our newly renovated lower apt is perfectly situated in walking distance to Downtown Decatur Square and Emory Decatur Hospital, less than 2 miles from Emory and Children's. Perfect for families, healthcare or business travelers, and weekend visitors to Atlanta! Our two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit offers ample space for up to four guests with 2 queen beds. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Large living room, dining room, office room and sitting room. Our backyard is spacious & seats 4 people. The space This is a cozy home that sleeps 4 people: Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2: Queen PLEASE: DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire downstairs unit and the back deck. Parking --> 1 spot available to park behind the house. Please note the driveway and parking in the back is a shared space with the upstairs unit guests. Some guests have mentioned how narrow the driveway was and how hard it was to park. Additional parking is available on the side street, Willow Lane. We strongly recommend street parking. Other things to note • The person booking must be over 25. • After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. • All utilities are included with your stay. The TVs are smart TVs with complimentary Netflix subscription as well as ability to use your own login for other apps. • This unit is the lower unit in a house is a duplex. Guests have exclusive access to the unit & the back deck. The shared space will be the backyard, basement (laundry), and the driveway • This home is strictly NO DRUGS and NO SMOKING! This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes at both Inside and Outside of the home. • Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flushable" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected. • Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee. • Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged for every hour past 11 am. ~Congratulations, you’ve found the booking phrase: incorporate “Laundry is in the basement” into your message to confirm you’ve read the details! You will need to access our basement to use the laundry machines that are shared by both sides of the duplex.
