Guest access This is self check-in accommodation, I will send you all information before your arrival, including the exact address, step-by-step guide to the apartment (with photos), code for the smart lock, nearest sights, WiFi details, and so on. Other things to note IMPORTANT! The city tax is not included in the room rate and it is paid by cash at the end of your stay (or bank transfer, if you prefer). On the day of your arrival, you will receive the receipt for your stay as well as the city tax on Airbnb chat, your e-mail or printed in person if you wish. By law all guests must provide personal ID or PASSPORT number, full name, date of birth, country and gender. We will ask you to send this information, a few days before your arrival. City tax for adults is 3,13 € (2,50 € Tourist tax + 0,63 € promotional tax) per night. For children aged from 7 to 18 is 1,57 € per night. (halved tax = 1,26 € Tourist tax + 0,31 € promotional tax) Children under the age of 7 are exempted from paying the city tax.
