Greenville's Stone Cottage - Close to Downtown

Welcome to Greenville's Stone Cottage, the quaint getaway centrally located to all that Greenville has to offer. Built in 1938 out of stones from a local stone quarry, the interior was completely remodeled in September of 2021. The Swamp Rabbit hike/bike trail is 1/2 mile from the house. Please see “Where you’ll be” section for further description of location and the neighborhood. We're excited to have you! The space The cottage provides an open layout with a cozy family room w/non-working fireplace. For ambiance, we have provided electric candles if you want the glow of a warm fire. The bedrooms are connected by a hallway and each has access to the main living areas of the home. Off the hallway is a standard bathroom with tub/shower combination. Subway tile lines the walls in this space. The kitchen features an "L" shape design with plenty of counter space should you want to cook. We've provided cooking oils, salt and pepper to get you started. For allergy sufferers or those that want clean air inside a home, we've installed high quality Alen air purifiers. We're proud to boast the cleanest air in Greenville. Guest access Parking is easy. The driveway is shared with the house next door, also owned by the host. Please park on the right side of driveway, there is room for at least 3 cars. You can also park on the street, but few do. Once parked, you can enter the property through the arched stone porch. To make entry easy, there is a coded deadbolt lock on the door that will correspond with the last 4 digits of the phone number you have listed in AirBnB profile. Other things to note The television remote control is a ROKU remote, an IOS or Android app can also be downloaded to operate the television. While we don't have traditional cable, you can stream all of your favorites directly from the TV or stream live from your phone or tablet. The plumbing: Keep in mind this home, while updated, was built in 1938. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No grease or solid foods in the disposal.
