40 - "Joscha" Chalet Bungalow

Your dog is welcome for a cleaning fee of €40. Our cleaning costs of €209 already include bed linen, towels, bathrobes and various consumables such as sauna fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tabs, etc. The space Exclusive, tastefully furnished wooden chalet in a nature-loving location in the middle of the Eifel. As soon as you enter the barrier-free bungalow chalet, you will feel the unique indoor climate of our sustainable wooden houses. Solid polar woods, large window areas and the special room height convey the feeling of being in the middle of nature and help you to simply let go and relax! The 125 m² bungalow chalets "Joscha" and the 175 m² gallery chalet "Josephine" offer 2 - 3 bedrooms and are ideal for a longer stay with 2 - 6 people. One bedroom can be prepared with either 1 double bed or 2 single beds. Additionally we offer a crib and high chair. Please just give us a brief note about this. We only completed the chalet at the end of 2022 and it is modern, stylish and comfortably furnished. Each chalet has its own sauna, freestanding bathtub and private fitness area. The sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom and fitness area are fully equipped and of the highest quality. Guest access The chalet can be opened via personalized code on your arrival day from 3 pm until your departure day until 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request depending on occupancy. Other things to note PARKING Each chalet has two private parking spaces with a private wallbox for electric cars. Your car is charged directly via the wallbox at the house. We record your charge via consumption during your stay. The price is 50 ct/kWh. Please let us know your email address for the invoice before arrival. INCLUDED In our NICE chalets, we provide bed linen, bathrobes and towels free of charge. In addition, a variety of consumables are freely available to you, such as sauna fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, Nespresso coffee pads, dishwasher tabs, etc. We ask for your understanding that only through our flat-rate cleaning costs including laundry package can we make it possible to meet such high hygiene standards.
