The main house is about 30 square meters with a small bedroom with double bed, newly-renovated kitchen (with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and most kitchen accessories) and bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine) as well as sofa bed. Wi-Fi is available as well as TV with Chromecast. The nearest swimming area (Infjärden) with beach jetty is about 1 km away, but there are also many other nice swimming areas nearby. Ica Gräddö and Gräddö Hamn with cozy ice cream café are also close, about 2.5 km. The space The house is newly renovated so in good condition with new kitchen and bathroom. On the property, there is a newly-built garden shed with two beds (without electricity). Other things to note The guest cleans up after themselves according to the landlord's description. Cleaning supplies are available. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels (duvets and pillows are available for 4 people).
