The property is on a 2 acre parcel so there's plenty of room to spread out. At our cottage you will find a comfortable bed, stylish furniture, high-end finishes, a large island, screened-in outdoor dining table, and a great outdoor space with a private hot tub. We also have a concept2 rower available in the garage. The space **Welcome to Your Private Getaway** Step inside this charming 1BR standalone home and experience peace and privacy just minutes from Benderson Park. *Cozy & Stylish Living Room* Relax in the open-concept living area, featuring a comfortable sofa with pull-out bed, a stylish accent chair, a 50" smart TV, and a coffee table perfect for drinks, games, or kicking up your feet. *Gourmet Kitchen* The fully stocked kitchen boasts custom forest green cabinetry, natural stone countertops, a spacious island, brushed gold finishes, and a large under-mount sink. There is a Nespresso machine for espresso drinks as well as a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Cook like a pro with everything you need at your fingertips. *Convenient Amenities* Off the kitchen, you'll find the garage with a free in-unit washer and dryer—and a ping pong table for extra fun! A door leads to the back patio, and a hallway connects to the bathroom and bedroom. *Spa-Like Bathroom* Enjoy a luxurious walk-in rain shower with a glass door, a spacious vanity with plenty of storage, and a hair dryer for your convenience. *Comfortable Bedroom & Workspace* Rest easy in a cozy king bed with memory foam. The bedroom also includes a closet with hangers and a desk for remote work. Please note, the second bed is a pullout sofa in the living room. *Outdoor Relaxation & Entertainment* Step outside to a screened-in dining area with seating for four. Beyond, a spacious patio with café lights, plenty of seating, and hot tub for recovering after day at the beach or a rowing session at Benderson. The fenced yard ensures privacy—perfect for unwinding and enjoying the Florida weather. Guest access The entire home is yours during your stay. Other things to note ***We offer early check in (2p), and late check out (12p). This option is $30 which compensates our cleaning crew. Please message us through the app for more info. ***We have 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for use during your stay. ***This home is on well water. We use a state of the art treatment system but on rare occasions there may be a slight sulphur smell. We want to ensure you that it is still safe to use! Letting the water run for a little while will help clear the lines and get the water smelling back to normal :) ***There is a security camera at the front door, facing away from the home (outside of the home. NO cameras inside the Crew House). ***This is a guest house that is to the left of the main home on the property.
