During your stay, you will have the entire property to yourself for complete privacy. The space Relax and have fun in this mid century modern styled pool house. Designed for outdoor living this space is all about having a wonderful time in nature with spectacular views. Enjoy the pool, outdoor kitchen w/ outdoor sink, indoor kitchenette and well appointed bedrooms. The living room has a large TV with 4k Netflix and boardgames to play when you aren't soaking in the sun outside! This house sits on a quiet road and backs onto fantastic views of the Highland Lakes golf course which you can hike anytime of the day directly from the property. The nature trail behind this house is home to deer, many varieties of bird and countless butterflies! A 30 minute hike through the golf course will land you at Cody Park one of Lago Vista's private lakeside parks (contact host for more details!) Don't feel like outdoor cooking? Lago Vista has wonderful restaurants & a fantastic food park that includes Thai food, Japanese fusion, chicken wings, seafood and more. If you want to spend time on Lake Travis, play disc golf, or walk to private parks of Lago Vista you are only a 5 min drive to all the private Lago Vista parks with a guest pass (ask host for more details). 13 min to Arkansas Bend State park ($5 pp) and 11 miles to Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge (free) for hiking, this is a nature lovers dream. This vacation spot is also 40 minutes to adorable Marble Falls and iconic Austin. This is a non-smoking property. There is a fine of $300 if there's evidence of smoking. Late check-out fee of $50 per 15 minutes interval. Please note the kid's bedroom has a sliding door that stays open and can't be closed. Guest access This reservation is for the 1st floor of the house and outside area only (all pictured here in this listing). We keep the 2nd floor vacant. Access is at the back of the house via smart door lock. You will have exclusive use of this property for your stay so you can enjoy the tranquil privacy this property offers.
