Welcome to J&A Suite Residence Place. A modern rustic scandinavian condominium at the heart of the city. Our place is inspired by Sweden Minimalist interior but fully functional and has a rustic/swedish vibes. Our place is best for small friends, couples and family who wants to have a cozy and peaceful stay in the city. The space Our space is perfect for couples, solo travelers, returning OFW's, and small group of friends who wants to experience a Staycation in the heart of Quezon City. Our rustic and modern scandinavian theme is one of its rare kind you can find in the city. Please Note Our Condominium Policy besides from our House Rules: 1. Our unit has been cleaned and sanitized for your safety. 2. Other things to note GUEST REGISTRATION We would need a copy of the government-issued IDs of those who will be staying so we can register you as guests at the admin and concierge. This is for the security of the residents. For foreign citizens, we are requiring passport for identification. 3. On your Initial stay Provision of the basic toiletries (i.e. 2 bath towels only, handsoap gel in the bathroom, 2 hygiene kit, roll tissue) - stay of less than a week — ONLY ONCE FOR THE ENTIRE STAY - stay of more than a week - ONCE A WEEK UPON REQUEST. 4. We do our best to assist you in any possible way we can but we are not Hotel that is available 24 hrs. To ensure we can provide timely assistance or help, please do let us know of any concerns you may have by sending us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 5. To maximize your experience, we provide a 22-hours duration of stay. Kindly help us prepare the unit for the next guest by ensuring to check-out at our standard check-out time. Late Check out cost 200 pesos/ hr and Early check in also cost 200 pesos/hr. Early check in or Late Check out is only allowed when no guest before or after you. 6. A security deposit of 1000 pesos will be collected and will be return to you if no lost/damage in the unit. Guest access Playground area for FREE. Swimming pool (Lap pool and kids Pool) only allowed (Mon,Tuesday, & Wednesday only) 200 + 12% VAT pesos per head payment via gcash only in CELANDINE DMCI. BY RESERVATION ONLY. Strictly no cancellation once booked. gazebo for free (Grilling, Eating in Gazebo is allowed) Please clean after you used the public spaces. A penalty fee will be deducted in you if you leave the area dirty. There is a designated area for smoking. No smoking allowed in our unit. No Pets allowed. Roof deck for free Parking Area: Parking area is by reservation, it usually cost 250 pesos /22hrs however if it's not available you might need to use the parking available at Basement 4 which is own by celandine management and will cost a fee/hr. Other things to note if you want to swim a 200 + 12% VAT pesos will be collected to register per head via gcash, paybale in Celandine DMCI. By reservation only. Mon-Wed only. Please inform us 1 day ahead of time to reserve your swimming day to our PMO office in DMCI. Pool access needs my consent and signature before diving into the water.
