Enjoy meals together at the kitchen table with seating for 4. There is a stocked coffee bar with K-cups, sugar, and creamer. Salt, pepper, and cooking spray are also included! Dining room also includes a work space for remote workers ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ Enjoy the fire pit in our large backyard ( firewood not included) or let your furry friends soak up the sun on the fenced in deck. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. Please message me for the door code to access. Laundry detergent is not provided. Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs. There are two parking spots available in front of our house. Be sure not to park on the street or down the hill. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. The drive to the house is accessible with GPS. Please note there is a Ring doorbell security camera located by the front door for your security. There are no cameras inside the property Other things to note ☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation ☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation ☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided ☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in a $50 fee being applied ☆PETS☆ We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes. You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on or their dog bed. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and a $50 cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees. A food and water bowl is provided for your convenience.
