On the sixth floor, easily reachable by lift, there is a spacious and bright penthouse with completely renovated furnishings in the heart of the Trastevere district. A magnificent terrace, 2 double bedrooms, a third bedroom that can become double or single, 2 bathrooms, a living room with double sofa and an equipped kitchen will make your Roman holidays with friends or family unforgettable. The space The apartment is composed as follows: - upon entering you enter a corridor that divides the living area from the sleeping area - living room composed of two sofas, smart TV and in front of it a beautiful glass table where you can have lunch - connected to the living room is the kitchen equipped with burner, oven, microwave, blender, American and Nepresso coffee machine, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. - behind the kitchen there is a storage room where the washing machine, ironing board and iron are located - from the living room you then access the terrace consisting of a table with 6 chairs, large sofa with cushions, sun loungers, barbecue with charcoal and a comfortable shower for the hottest days Moving on to the sleeping area we find - double bedroom with private bathroom consisting of shower, toilet, bidet and sink - second double bedroom - bedroom with can be prepared as a double or single room depending on need - complete bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink The floors are parquet except the bathrooms and the terrace is teak Air conditioning, heating, fast wifi and washing machine are available Guest access By staying at our apartment you will have access to the entire apartment. At check-in we will give you the keys to access independently during your stay. Other things to note - Check in is from 16.00 to 22.00. If you plan to arrive earlier, report it in advance, we will do everything to accommodate you. For arrivals after 10.00 pm and before midnight a supplement of 30€ will be applied, after midnight a supplement of 50€ will be applied instead. The supplement will be paid cash upn arrival. - We remind you that on the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am. - The city tax is included in the price you paid to Airbnb and is equal to 6/night per person (for children under 10 it is free). - The good rules that everyone has in their own home and for a peaceful life in a condominium building; respect the rest times, from 14:00 to 16:00 and after 22:00. - Upon your arrival you will be greeted by me or one of my colleagues. In any case we speak English and will be happy to explain how to use everything in the house and how to enjoy the neighborhood. - Sheets and towels are provided.
