Zamani Za Kale which is Swahili for “once upon a time” is a charming modern cottage in the style of a Thingira ( a traditional Kikuyu hut) that sleeps two. The cottage has Wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge area. It is located on our farm in Wempa, a 45min drive from Nairobi. It is a place for you to retreat, relax, reset and rejuvenate. It is a wonderful getaway especially curated for you to come alone, with a friend or partner. The space This cottage is set in a private space within the farm. The room has a queen size bed and sleeps 2. There is an ensuite bathroom with toiletries provided. We also have a modern style 2 bedroom cottage on the farm. This sleeps a family of 4 or 2 couples. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Guest access We have a play ground for you to relax or play outdoor games. We even have a tree house where you can chill or do your Yoga stretches! Other things to note We have an extended garden which is perfect for small groups to meet. The grounds can hold a small event of up to 100pax.
