Stay in a cosy mixed & shared 3-bed room in a spacious villa with 5 rooms (4 shared, 1 private) — ideal for students and travelers! Relax or connect with others on 3 sunny terraces and a rooftop lounge with nice seaview. Just 10 min from top English schools (ACE, EC, EF, Club Class), beaches, supermarkets, bus stops, and the nightlife of Paceville. A 24/7 convenience store is just 2 min away. Friendly & family atmosphere, great location, and the perfect base to explore Malta!! The space The villa features a spacious living room equipped with a 55" smart TV and Netflix, along with a large terrace for relaxation. The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary utensils and appliances, including two refrigerators, an oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, juicer, and kettle. This kitchen opens onto another large terrace with stunning sea views. There are two full bathrooms. In addition, the villa offers several large terraces, including a rooftop with the best views of the sea. Outside, there is an additional open terrace that serves as a gym area, featuring equipment such as a chin-up bar, TRX, elastic bands, rope, and mats. Guest access The living room is equipped with two tables and chairs, providing a comfortable space for work or study. Additionally, there is a desk located in the corridor that can be used for similar purposes. In the kitchen, each guest will have their own designated space, including a compartment in one of the two refrigerators and a personal cabinet labeled with their name for storing belongings. We do not provide lockers, as the property is very secure, and there have been no security issues in over four years of operation. Guests can feel confident that their belongings are safe throughout their stay. Other things to note This property, while not characterized by luxury, offers a comfortable and welcoming environment. The house, though older, is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. Daily cleaning of the communal areas is provided; however, guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and organization of these spaces by tidying up after themselves. This shared responsibility helps preserve the property’s condition for the enjoyment of all guests. If you're picky and don't like to share, this isn't the place for you.
