Welcome to Southwick TinyHome, a cosy studio in the heart of Southwick village near Brighton. Inspired by our love of motorhoming, we designed a clever space that maximises comfort while keeping the charm of tiny living. The sea and South Downs are minutes away, with fast trains to Brighton and London. Enjoy cafés, shops and parks nearby. Features a small double fold-down bed, compact under-stairs bathroom, WiFi, and everything needed for a comfortable seaside stay. The space This self-contained tiny home includes a kitchen, shower room and bathroom, plus a comfortable lounge and bedroom area with streaming TV (Netflix and catch-up). The property is close to Southwick station and bus routes, making it easy to reach Brighton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing and Gatwick. Nearby you will find Southwick beach, a marina, parks, cafés, local pubs, a shopping square with a Co-op supermarket, the Barn Theatre and a public library. Hosts are happy to provide local recommendations during your stay. Guest access The tiny home has its own private entrance and is entirely for your use. Inside you will find a kitchenette with induction hob, microwave oven, fridge with mini freezer and washer dryer, plus a shower room with WC and sink. The space includes a comfortable sofa, a fold-down 4ft bed, and a small dining table with two chairs. Other things to note The tiny home is located on a village main road, so some traffic noise can be heard at times. If you are particularly sensitive to noise or looking for complete silence, this may not be the ideal fit. If two guests are staying, please include both guests on the booking or send a short message confirming who will be staying. For security and insurance reasons, only registered guests may stay at or visit the property. The fold-down bed must be lowered fully before use, and the metal support leg underneath the bed should be folded out before putting weight on it. When closing the bed, fold the leg back underneath. Straps hold the duvet in place while the bed is stored; please release them before sleeping and secure the duvet again before closing the bed. You are welcome to leave the bed down at checkout if that is easier.
