Designed by the very talented Josh Ward, architect of the award winning Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa, this stunning 3-bedroom family house is located in a peaceful area, close to Livingstone airport and a short drive into Livingstone town and the Victoria Falls. A perfect blend of indoor / outdoor living with high end furnishings, a beautiful swimming pool and garden. Perfect for family and friends to enjoy their time while on holiday in Livingstone. Whilst Josh sadly passed away before the house was finished we paid tribute to his love of airy, open and light filled spaces throughout the house. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 have King size beds, 1 has 2 x single beds and all have mosquito nets and air-conditioning. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (shower and bath), and there is a family room (shower) for the other 2 bedrooms to share. Large, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob. Full sized fridge / freezer and all the necessary cooking / kitchen utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a pantry and laundry room with washing machine and dishwashwer. The main living area consists of a large lounge with comfortable sofas, just off to the side of this is a TV lounge with netflix (WiFi is included in your rate). Down the end of the corridor is a small desk space if you need to work while you are away. The outside provides a few different seating areas, one of which has a braai (bbq) and firepit. The garden has a lovely, shady grassed area with some kids toys (swings & trampoline), whilst the pool is the perfect spot for cooling down in. We have a full team of wonderful staff who will look after your every need during your stay. Sarah is our housekeeper, she will keep everything looking spotlessly clean for you and is on hand for any washing up and laundry that you may need. We also have a gardener and night security at the property. All parts of the house are available to guests on a private basis Gill (co-host) lives 5 minutes away and will be on hand to help you throughout your stay. We have lived in this quiet suburb for over 25 years. Our house is only a 15 minute drive from town and 25 minute drive to the Victoria Falls. We are happy to supply a travel cot, high chair and a toy box on request
