Aloé Apartment - Garden and direct beach access

Located in a pretty residence, the apartment has a large terrace and a private garden with direct access to the beach. A bakery is located at the foot of the residence and all amenities are within walking distance (restaurants, fruit and vegetables, supermarket). You will be ideally located to explore the many surrounding attractions and to admire Montagne Pelée, the Pitons du Carbet and their tropical forest, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites! The space The apartment is positioned on the ground floor of a small residence and has a secure parking space. The accommodation is composed of: - A terrace with table, chairs, benches, relax chairs and view of Coin beach. Beach equipment is available. - A garden with an outdoor shower and direct access to the beach - A kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything needed to cook and eat meals - A living room with sofa and a large TV - An air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200 bed - An air-conditioned bedroom with two 90x190 beds - A bathroom - Shower and WC A baby travel cot, a high chair and a stroller are also available if necessary. A fan is also available. Guest access An electric gate will allow you to access the residence's parking lot and a parking space will be available. The residence has direct access to the beach.
