Le Petit Nid Champêtre, a 37 m² Tiny House, is a perfect place for those looking to get some fresh air and enjoy nature. The cottage will seduce you with its warm, comfortable interior and neat decoration. 6 km from Maintenon, 16 km from Chartres, 40 min drive to Senoches Forest, 50 min from Paris and 35 min from Versailles by train. Pets are welcome here. We ask 10 euros per stay/per pet. We are looking forward to welcoming you. The space The Tiny House is located on our property (across from the main house), in a quiet alley. The only potential noise disturbances are birdsong. 🙂 Outside, a small private garden in bloom in season welcomes you, with a garden table and chairs. A small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs and raspberries is available to our guests. Inside, on the ground floor, is the living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, double stovetop, oven, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking), a comfortable sofa bed, a wardrobe and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed and a bookcase filled with books and various board games. PS: We don't offer TV or microwave. On the other hand, we provide you with a nice selection of books, board games, as well as the opportunity to enjoy nature. You can prepare or reheat your dishes in an oven or on a stove. Wi-Fi access is also available. The Orange operator does NOT have reception in our village, but you can stay reachable thanks to Wi-Fi access once you are there. Guest access For more freedom and comfort, your arrival will be autonomous thanks to a key box. All the information will be sent to you when you book. Other things to note You will enjoy hiking through the rapeseed and wheat fields, cycling, and can do your local shopping directly at the farm. In the village, there is a small bar/grocery store "chez Juliette" where you can have coffee, breakfast (on Sundays) and do small errands. We'll take care of everything! Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. You will have all the amenities you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. IMPORTANT: Compliance with the house rules. The Orange operator does NOT have reception in our village, but you can stay reachable thanks to Wi-Fi access once you are there. 1. The maximum occupancy for this listing is 3 people (adults or children) and one baby. 2. Only guests registered at the time of booking will be allowed to enter. 3. Invited guests are strictly prohibited. 4. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in cancellation without a refund.
