Suite on the ground floor, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, snack area with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, juicer, retractable table for two people, sink, 1 bathroom. More private outdoor area, with hammock, table with 4 stools, tank, clotheslines. The entire place faces the sea on SOLEMAR Beach, Jacaraipe- Espírito Santo. Shops are all around and very close. Quiet and totally family atmosphere. No parties or visits allowed. The space Family residence, where we have 2 free places that we rent, one house on the second floor and one suite on the ground floor. Our neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly too, great for those looking for a quiet place to rest, and leisure on the beaches. Guest access In the backyard of the residence, there is space for cars (Vans or similar do not fit). During your stay I'm very sociable. I'm available anytime, day or night, for anyone who needs to talk to me. Other things to note People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed to enter the premises. Gates must be kept locked for everyone's safety. Guests will have access keys, and they must take them when they leave.
