The family room with Rohu TV is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The California room is perfect for gathering, remote work, games, reading., etc. Primary bedroom has king bed, walk-in closet and elevated ensuite vintage bath with sunken rock wall tub. Guest bedroom with full bed and guest bedroom with two x-long twin beds that can convert to king if preferred . Large updated bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower. Half bath is off the family room. Family room sofa converts to double bed. Guest access Access to entire home. Other things to note Two car garage is available to park along with 3 (maybe 4) parking spots in the driveway. Street sweeping is 2nd and 4th Friday morning and citations will be issued. Beach chairs (garage)and beach towels (laundry room)available for use. Up to 2 pets allowed with additional pet fee of $200 (pet towels/dishes also available). Porta crib in primary room closet. Charcoal grill. High speed WIFI. Keyless entry. This is a smoke free home. $500 penalty will be charged if in violation. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. No air conditioning.
