An expansive, fully renovated great room anchor this truely beautiful park like style property, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two king and two queen beds with luxury bedding and thoughtful design and serene grounds creatured for comfort, connection and calm. The space Great room is open concept,(from front to rear of house) livingroom, dining room to kitchen which has riverviews from every window. Relax in front of the cozy propane fireplace or watch the game in the greatroom. Dining area farmhouse counter height table with seating for 8 or 10 if you really like your neighbors. Wrap around windows in the chefs kitchen with river views from evey window. It's fully equipped, you can cook (or take out) to your hearts desire. The expansive island with seating for 5, where your guests can interact while they critique your cooking skills. Conversation nook seats 2 or 4 with rustic bench. Bedrooms and Baths The santuary large primary bedroom has a romantic king size farmhouse wrought iron bed. The primary bedroom includes a spa bathroom with Ultra Bain high end Hyrdro Thermo Massage Air Jet Free standing Tub in addition to a large custom walk in shower, a double vanity is your oasis retreat. Green bedroom comfortable king size bed with luxury bedding and a small 1/2 bath en-suite. White bedroom has comfortable luxury queen bedding. Blue queen bedroom has comfortable queen bedding. Newly renvoated hall bath has a full size walk-in tiled shower with gleaming glass doors. There is a large deck with outdoor dining table that seats 8 overlooking the river, with a Weber grill for all our grill masters. There is a propane firepit or walk down to the river front park area where there is a picnic table and a wood burning fire pit. If you would like help (or instructions) on heating or a/c system operation, or any of the features in the house, please let us know, were happy to help. With advance notice, we can provide a crib, mini crib, pack and play, baby bath or high chair. Guest access You will have access to the complete 2nd floor (main level on bi-level). Occasionally lower unit may be rented to traveling nurse/physician. During these times, only outdoor space will be shared. (this would be riverfront and firepit area, all other area's are exclusively yours to enjoy). All entrances are separate and private for that particular unit. Other things to note Primary booking guest must have 3 positive reviews to book. Primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. Primary booking guest must stay entire reservation and will be liable for any damages. Primary booking guest is responsible for ensuring all guests follow house rules. No 3rd party booking allowed. All guests must be registered before the arrival date. No gatherings or event allowed. Although we love animals no pets are allowed (this includes ESA) due to allergies of future guests. If a guest chooses to disregard this rule, reservation will be immediately terminated without refund. A mandatory deep cleaning fee ($500) will be charged. Of course we welcome service dogs (animals). We will be there to personally greet you upon arrival and give you a walkthrough to ensure your comfortable during your stay.
