This unique newly renovated apartment is located in the most coveted location in Envigado, “La Calle de la Buena Mesa.” You will find tons of delicious restaurants and mom and pop shops in the neighborhood streets. Just a 10 minute walk to Viva Envigado Mall, the biggest mall in Medellin, where you will have access to the metro station. The space The apartment has two rooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second room has a queen bed. There is also an individual office space and the apartment has wifi, cable TV, kitchen with all appliances, hot tub in the main bathroom, washer/dryer, and air conditioning. The apartment also has a nice large (65 feet) L-shaped balcony to enjoy your evenings which overlooks the street where some restaurants are located. The front door has added security and the windows are soundproof. Parking: Please note that because this apartment is located on a pedestrian street there is no parking for vehicles. There is a parking garage across the street which charges a fee. Third party bookings are prohibited: No third party bookings are allowed and the keys of the unit will only be handed to the person who books the apartment. Sexual tourism is prohibited: Under Colombian law, the entry of minors into any tourist establishment for the purpose of prostitution is strictly prohibited. Additionally, we prohibit the entry of any person who is not previously registered during the booking process, with the exception of guests approved by the host after proper identification is provided. Request for Documentation prior to check-in: Due to Colombian law (Dec. 2590 of 2012, Law 300 of Tourism and Dec.1067/26 May 2015), all guests and visitors must be registered with their passport or if Colombian their cedula. Prior to checking in and receiving the keys to the apartment you will need to provide a picture of your passport if a foreigner and your cédula if your Colombian, the city/state/country where you live, city/state/county where you are coming from, and city/state/country where you will be going to upon check-out. This passport/ID will be verified upon check-in. Also, due to Colombian law, if you are traveling with a minor child, you are required to present a birth certificate and photo ID of the minor child (passport for foreigners and tarjeta identidad for Colombians) which shows that you are the child’s parent. If the minor child is not traveling with his parents but with a legal guardian or relative then a notarized consent must be provided with a copy of the parents identifications.
