Covered parking and easy access to local shopping, movies, bowling just outside the Cedar apartment complex. 2 minutes to downtown, 10 mins to beautiful Seacoast surfing beaches (Jenness\The Wall) and scenic Rye Harbor. An easy commute to Boston via public transport or car. The space The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated with a balcony! Washer/dryer in-unit. Open concept living room and newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is bright, airy and comfortable. As it is located in a multi-unit apartment, there is potential for some noise because of relatively thin wals. Guest access The entire space is yours. Other things to note Mini Play station 1 (2 controllers), board games, books and tennis rackets are on location for your enjoyment (tennis courts just outside your balcony). Also, beach chairs are in the closet and my #1 recommendation is NH beaches on RT 1a via the scenic Rye Harbor route, stunning!
