Lil Bear easily sleeps 8 and can be rented alongside Big Bear for large groups to sleep more than 20. Two rooms feature a queen bed, and the third bedroom features 3 twin beds - including one that can be extended to a king. Fully stocked kitchen, fenced backyard, large front porch, and plenty of parking. Other things to note The parking lot is owned privately but is shared with Little Brookstown. Total: we can fit approximately 8 cars, please be mindful of others when parking and if sharing the space.
