The house is located 4.5 miles NW of Baudette on the Winter Road River. Dock located on the property to park your boat! Minutes away by boat or snowmobile to the Rainy River which is a gateway to Lake of the Woods where you will find world class fishing! The space This is right through the woods from our other property, Lake of the Woods Getaway #1. Easy access between the two during the warm months! Per County Ordinance, we cannot allow large events. Other things to note Large yard! Outdoor fireplace! Deck that overlooks Winter Road River! Dock!
