Sweet getaway - beach block, steps from the beach!

Steps to beautiful, uncrowded beach in Rehoboth-by-the-Sea! Experience tiny house living in our quiet, sweet, light-filled beach getaway with king-sized bed. We provide sheets, towels! Easy check-in+out - no chore list! Dog-friendly! Free parking. Full kitchen, fast WiFi, Roku tv, outdoor dining space, outdoor shower, grill, fire pit - quiet beach block in Dewey, a short walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk. New windows, new HVAC! Great, beachy location for a wonderful, relaxing getaway! The space The condo is on the first floor of the building, with three steps up to the front porch. It is an adorable, compact place, perfect for a beach getaway. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. Gas grill for outdoor cooking, and a nice outdoor picnic table. Hear the ocean while you drink your morning coffee on the front porch! Dogs are welcome, and we love to host guests with their pups. Sorry, but we cannot take cats or other animals. Easy check-in and out - there is a keypad to get in and out (no cameras - we do not spy on our guests!) and no list of chores to check out - empty the trash, lock the doors, and you can be on your way. Upon entry into the condo, you will find yourself in the main sitting area - about 10 foot by 10 foot, with a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed, a nice comfy chair for reading, and a set of end tables. We also have a 43 inch Roku TV, with a premium cable TV package, and high speed WiFi. Just off the main sitting area is the kitchen - small, but with everything you need - an island with two bar stools for eating, plus a brand new full-sized electric range, microwave, toaster, refrigerator-freezer, and more. The bedroom is just off of the main sitting area. It is surrounded by windows, so gets wonderful light, and has a very comfortable king-size bed, two bedside tables, a small chest for clothes, and an area to hang your clothes. The windows are brand new, replaced in February 2022. The bathroom has everything you need - sink, toilet, and a tiled-shower. The unit has a brand new HVAC system installed in December 2021 - mini-split air conditioners/heat pumps, one in the main living area, and one in the bedroom. If you prefer radiant heat over heat pumps (some people find it more comfortable) there are also electric baseboard heaters in each room. Nice outside space too! A small deck is part of the main entrance to the building, and is a great spot to relax and drink your morning coffee. And there is a small side yard with a picnic table. Fire up the gas grill, enjoy a picnic or a glass of wine, or just sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather half a block from the beach! There is one free parking space, in the driveway right next to the entrance. And if you have friends over or bring two cars, there is almost always plenty of street parking available. Guest access One on-site parking spot, no permit necessary. 100 steps from the ocean, a short walk to all the Dewey stores, and restaurants, and nice walk or bike ride to Rehoboth - or catch the Jolly Trolley one block away. Small outoor patio, perfect for your morning coffee. And a nice outdoor spot with a picnic table, gas grill, and a portable fire pit if it is chilly. Other things to note We provide a full set of linens - king-sized sheets, pillow cases, and two sets of towels, all fully laundered and waiting for you when you arrive. We also provide basic toiletries - toilet paper, soap, dish soap, paper towels, and a few coffee pods for the Keurig.
