A new, safe, quiet, fully planned neighborhood within the Botanical Garden. Here you will have pleasant moments with comfort, tranquility in a totally family environment. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We provide bed linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels. The space It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, all with air conditioning and a TV. In two bedrooms we have the size of the standard Queen bed with 1.60 and the smaller bedroom with standard Double bed with 1.40 . One of the queen beds has a single bed. The house has 2 bathrooms in total, barbecue, kitchen and service area equipped with utensils necessary for your stay. All of the beds are extremely comfortable and new. It has a garage for 1 car. Guest access At the time of booking, the names and CPF of all those who will be staying must be informed staying in the house (up to 6 people) so that the stay is not altered.
