West Sleep Loft: 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds East Sleep Loft: 1 full bed, 2 twin beds Please be aware that the sleep lofts are accessed by steep, ladder-like stairs and have low ceilings. Please note that while Callahan's can sleep 12, it is a small space and is most ideal for 6 people. Kitchen + Dining Room Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Dishes and cookware also provided. No dishwasher. Dining Room: Table seats 6 - 2 more at bar. (We have a new bigger table than in the pictures.) Other Amenities Starlink Internet Satellite TV on main floor. Outdoor heated swim spa (seats 8) on outdoor patio. 20 acres of walking trails with exercise stations. Washer and dryer. All linens and bath towels are provided. Up to two dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted. There is not a fenced-in yard. Leashes are required for your dogs' safety at all times. Firewood for the fire pit and indoor wood-burning stove is NOT provided. Guest access Private access to the entire property Other things to note Please note that Callahan's has inconsistent cell phone service for most providers allowing only texts to get through. However, service varies around the property and resumes fully down the street. Starlink Wifi is provided and facetime calls work great.
