Come stay at Hilltop House. Kayak around on the water or relax at the shared community dock or around the fire pit in your own private backyard. Enjoy views of the lake from the front deck or right out the living room window. Surrounded by nature and a short car ride to Saratoga race track, SPAC and some of the best restaurants in the capital region. Short walk to Tinney’s Tavern if you’d rather skip the drive and spend more time on the water. The space A rustic cabin. Seasonal home with some modern amenities. Hilltop House, as the name suggests, sits up a large hill where you can enjoy the views, however there are a number of stairs to reach the entrance. Large upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, full size futon in the living room, pullout couch on the inclosed porch. Awesome loft area with a full-size bed for kids over the living room is accessible by rope ladder! Kitchen has 2 burner electric stovetop, oversized toaster oven & microwave as well as a medium size refrigerator for extended stays. Guest access The entire property except a small porch that’s used for storage. Hilltop House has 3 adult kayaks and 2 children’s kayaks available.
