The detached house was recently modernized with great effort and good taste, creating a spacious and light-flooded domicile. You will find plenty of space and retreats on two floors. From the street, you can reach a very spacious, bright living room (about 40 sqm) directly after a few steps, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, bookshelves and a fireplace, all cozy and comfortable. Since the house is used by the landlords themselves, you will immediately feel at home. There is an incomparable atmosphere. From the living room you enter a large kitchen with a large dining table where everyone will find enough space. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The kitchen and living room are bordered by a beautiful terrace surrounded by fragrant climbing plants. The ocean view is stunning, in winter with good visibility you can even see Corsica! Having breakfast here or drinking a glass of wine on a warm summer evening is unforgettable. In the lower part of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower or bathtub (ensuite). Doors lead from the bedrooms into the beautiful garden. The owners have created a small paradise with Mediterranean plants, wine-covered pergolas and a small vegetable garden. There is also a barbecue area with a charcoal grill. The house also has a small private parking space. In the colder season, the gas floor heating provides cozy warmth and the wood fireplace also provides a cozy atmosphere.
