The house is surrounded by nature with few neighbors and close to a lake with a beach (1200 m), elk park and farm shop. We do not rent to youth groups. The space Enjoy a relaxing stay in the middle of nature with family or a group of friends in this spacious, quiet house cut off from reality, located in the middle of the Swedish forest. In the forest, you can take beautiful walks, pick mushrooms and blueberries, and if you're lucky, you might see a moose. Our house is located near a small village, Visseltofta, in the area between Osby and Markaryd. The space The house is located on a 3300 sqm plot close to the bathing lake and Helge River. The house is located in a quiet area on a quiet road with the forest as a backyard. Here you will wake up to birdsong and the sound of the wind playing in the trees. The house is suitable for one or more families with its two living rooms and five bedrooms. The house is our family's special place, where we are together as a family, enjoy visits from friends, relax, read, light fires, play and have fun. The house is furnished with recycled furniture and there is a focus on nature, presence and being. The house is approximately 200 sqm spread over two floors and a basement. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance with room for outerwear. On the first floor, you will find two living rooms. One living room has a wood stove, sofa group and table for creative crafts and games. The other living room has a sofa and TV. There are plenty of games and creative things for fun. Kitchen: The kitchen is a large kitchen area with dining space. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, a double oven and a large refrigerator with freezer. Dishcloths and kitchen towels are available. Four bedrooms: On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with bunk bed (the lower bunk is 140 cm wide) and one bedroom with sofa bed for two. Bathroom: Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and space for toiletries. Towels are available. 1st FLOOR: The 1st floor consists of a huge playroom with toys for both boys and girls, such as a play kitchen and Lego. There is also a bedroom with a double bed. BASEMENT: In the basement, there is an extra refrigerator, a large freezer, and a washer and dryer. There are also outdoor toys as well as equipment for barbecues and bonfires. OUTDOOR AREA: The house is located with its back to nature on a large natural plot with plenty of light. There is a swing set, trampoline and fire pit. In addition, there is a wilderness bath. Here you can play and enjoy the Swedish nature. Close to the house there is a child-friendly swimming lake with a sandy beach and swimming bridge. There is garden furniture and charcoal grill. FIREWOOD: There is firewood for bonfires, wilderness baths and wood-burning stoves on the property. Bring your own charcoal. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. Guest access There is access to the entire home (basement, ground floor and 1st floor).
