The rustically furnished apartment "Haus Luzia" invites you to linger with free Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs. It features a bedroom with a functional double bed, a living/dining area and a kitchen. The bathroom can be reached via a small hallway. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom as well as a corner bath/shower tray. On the balcony you can end the evenings in good weather. The surroundings invite you to hike with numerous hiking trails and dream paths. The space The rustically furnished apartment "Haus Luzia" invites you to linger with a view of the village and free Wi-Fi. The accommodation is about 50 sqm and was renovated and furnished in January 2023. It has a free parking space in front of the house and bicycles can be parked in the adjacent garage. The apartment can be reached via 2 main entrances. In the spacious living/sleeping area, you will find a double bed, which can be converted into two single beds on request. If necessary, there is space for a child up to 12 years old on a pull-out sofa. A flat-screen TV and a desk complete the ambience of the room. From here you can reach a balcony where you can end the evening in beautiful weather. The adjoining living/dining room also has a flat-screen TV and a cozy seating area with a small dining table. In the open kitchen, there is an electric stove with oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, as well as a kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom can be reached via a small hallway (2 steps). There is a separate toilet here, so it can be used separately from the bathroom. A corner bath/shower tub and hair dryer are also available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning provided on site. A dog is welcome by arrangement and for an extra charge of €18.00/per night. The dog must be introduced to the host upon arrival. The surrounding area invites you to hike and cycle. The shopping center for everyday use is 3 km away in Kaisersesch. This is also where you will find the highway access to the BAB 48. The Eifelmaare as well as the city of Koblenz can be reached quickly. The city of Cochem/Mosel is 17 km away. The Nürburgring can be reached in about 30 minutes. Other nearby getaways include Eltz Castle and Pyrmont Castle. Guest access Within the accommodation on the first floor, all areas are accessible to the guests. For bicycles you bring with you, there is a storage facility in the adjacent garage. Other things to note The minimum stay at the standard price of €60.00/night is 3 nights. The apartment can also be booked for 1 or 2 nights. Here there is a price of €69.00/night for 2 people. For solo travelers (1 person), we grant a discount of 10% per night. The sofa bed in the bedroom can accommodate a child (up to about 12 years). This is welcome at an extra charge of €8.00/night. A dog is welcome by arrangement and for an additional fee, which is determined depending on the size and type of dog on arrival (between €7.00 to a maximum of €12.00/per night).
