It is located in close proximity (the proverbial stones throw away) from one of Scotland’s most beautiful beaches which presents ample opportunities to enjoy water sports and wildlife watching and a wide range of other water sport and amenities. Guest access Guests may enjoy a bistro-style front patio and a fenced back garden laid to lawn. The stunning yet deserted Backaskaill beach is steps from the door and the farm includes a well stocked trout loch which guests are welcome to fish. Other things to note Guests need to note that Sanday is an island which is a ferry-ride from the main Orkney island and take account of this when booking travel. Sanday is a very beautiful and largely undiscovered place with limited accommodation so we feel sure our guests will enjoy peace, tranquility, nature and a friendly community.
