Check in guidelines will be sent to you 1 day before your check in date. Please check your Airbnb chat regularly. 2. Check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is by 11am. NO EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT. (An extra charge will be imposed for early check in & late check out) 3. NO free cancellation/amendment including date change within 5 days of check-in day regardless of any reasons. Guests should confirm the check-in date before booking. 4. We do not provide luggage storage service. 5. Airbnb cancellation policy is written on below section, kindly read through it. 6. Airbnb helps us to hold the security deposit. It is not charged when you make the booking. We will not request for a deposit when you arrive at our place as well. The security deposit will only be charged if we found any damages or losses in our property, or if any house rules are not followed by our guests. 7. Standard setup is just for 6 pax. Do take note that extra floor mattresses set up is only provided if there are more than 6 guests as per your booking. 8. Extra floor mattress would not able to be provided if you made the booking after 12pm and you want to check in on the same day (last minutes booking).
