Home sweet home in NYC

We have an open bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4-story walk-up. With many plants, natural lighting, vibrant furniture, and a great vibe: your room is the first once you pass the kitchen, with plenty of racks and drawers (the biggest closet for the apartment) for your clothes, and has one internal-facing window. Just two blocks from Central Park and less than one from Morningside Park! The space My BF and I work and travel a lot which is why we started exploring the hosting experience these past months and felt very comfortable here. I have been living here for six years; one room is also listed here, and I am looking for someone to fill our 3rd room for a more extended period base starting in July. We are clean, share the household tasks, and are mindful of each other's space. The kitchen area is separate from the dining and living room.
