New apartment in historic building to enjoy

You are very welcome to stay in our historic building dating from 1560. We recently created a lovely spacious apartment of 100m2. Once you step inside you’ll feel the history surrounding you like a warm blanket. The apartment offers a spacious living room with open fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Ideal for a family of up to five or if you're looking for space. The building is located right in the center of the charming old Dutch town Vianen near Utrecht. The space You will love the spacious but homey full living room with open kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dish washer and an oven to bake you crisp breads for breakfast. The bathroom provides a big shower, double sink and toilet. There is a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with one single bed. Next to this the spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping two. The property is located in the old city center of Vianen. You can walk into the Voorstraat with stores and pleasant terraces. Our favorite place might be the luxurious winebar “Benjamins” at the ground floor where the very knowledgeable sommelier serves the most amazing wines and exquisite bites (you will not hear a peep from the winebar from inside the apartment). Vianen is one of the oldest Dutch Medieval cities close to Utrecht and its attractions. The beautiful historic town is located next to the river Lek. A lovely place for swimming or go ahead and explore one of the neighbouring towns by bike. There are numerous bike trails starting from the Lekpoort next to our building. From your holiday home you can easily reach Utrecht, Amsterdam and Schiphol by car or public transport. There is a free car park near the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively for you to enjoy. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor. There is no elevator present. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
