Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Backing on green space this one bedroom private suite with separate entrance has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation in the Rockies. The space This one bedroom suite is situated in the lower level of a home with a walk out basement. It is one of two suites on the lower level of our home, and we live upstairs. It is an open concept space with large windows, a full kitchen, living room, laundry, bedroom & bathroom. Besides the Queen bed in the bedroom, there is a couch with ottoman in the livingroom that slide together to make a double bed. The patio area is shared between this suite and our two bedroom suite. Built in 2022 this space is like new and ready to enjoy! Guest access Guest access is to the left of the home and around the back. You’ll find two doors at the back landing and you’ll be in Suite 1 which is the door on the right. Other things to note This rental is on the West side of Hinton Alberta which is a 20 minute drive to the Jasper Park Gates and 45 minute drive to the Jasper townsite. There is a steep bank at the back of our property and no fence. Children are not to be left alone in the yard or on the patio for their own safety. The yard area to the left by the Adirondack chairs is for Airbnb use, the area to the right is private yard. The patio is a shared space between Mountain Villa Guesthouse and Mountain Villa 2 Bedroom Suite.
