This former small renovated Norman dairy, located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, will allow you, thanks to its bucolic environment and absolute calm, to come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature while discovering the charms of Normandy. The space This charming little house is completely independent. Located at the end of the owners' land, it has its own entrance and garden. Featuring a beautiful terrace, it consists on the ground floor of a living room with wood-burning stove overlooking a fully-equipped kitchen/dining room, with direct access to the terrace. A master suite with shower and separate toilet complete the ground floor. On the first floor, a landing with a single bed leads to an attic bedroom with two single beds as well as a large bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The exterior consists of a large terrace, a garden behind the house and a children's play area. Sheets, towels and table linen are provided. Guest access The Laiterie Normande is accessed by a small country road, from the small village of Saint-Denis de Mailloc located 900 m away. The house is 10 km from Lisieux and its basilica; 30 km from Pont l'Evèque, 25 km from Cambremer. You can also enjoy the seaside resorts of the Côte Fleurie: Trouville and Deauville are 42 km away, and Houlgate is 41 km away. Finally, Cerza Zoo is 17 km away.
