The minimalist kitchen has all the necessary appliances that allow easy and fast cooking: oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The kitchen is connected to the living room where you can laze and hang out with the family in a comfortable armchair and sofa. The villa is built so that you can directly and easily reach from each room a spacious garden (2000 m2) where there is a pool around which are deck chairs and a space where you can enjoy the greenery that surrounds. You can also enjoy the view of the beautiful Old Town of Labin from all rooms in the villa. In the outer part of the villa there is a seating area where you can enjoy an early morning coffee, or your own delicacies prepared on a charcoal grill. In the outdoor pool (35 m2) you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days and get the desired summer complexion.
