Its central location and proximity to public transportation, the airport, and the Stuttgart Trade Fair create the ideal conditions for you to feel completely at home, whether you are here for business or pleasure. A comfortable living room with a large smart TV lets you spend your evenings in comfort, or you can set off on foot to explore Filderstadt's restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster – everything is there so you can stay in and cook. The modern bathroom with shower lets you start each morning feeling refreshed. Hand and bath towels as well as bathroom essentials are provided free of charge. The open-plan bedroom (maisonette style) on the upper floor is furnished with two modern and comfortable box-spring beds (2 single beds or 1 king-size bed), and there is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional people in the living room. In the basement, there is a washing machine available exclusively for our guests in the private laundry room. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel completely at home. Other things to note OUR HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning service are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations with KRH Immobilien within their place of residence. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence. 3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of the no-pet policy will result in a fee of €250, plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repairs. The guest reserves the right to prove that no damage or expenses were incurred at all, or that they were significantly lower than the flat fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. 8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department. 10. Making a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damage, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
