Situated in beautiful Roseland, Virginia at the base of dePriest mountain, Snug Point is conveniently located to popular venues including Wintergreen, Virginia breweries and wineries, the Appalachian trail and historic Pharsalia. Here at Snug Point, we offer the comforts of home whether it be a mountain getaway, a stop over from the trail, local workshops or weddings at Pharsalia. The space The quaint, two story house is located on a narrow country road, just next door to Pharsalia, literally. Here you can enjoy a view of the mountains and spacious back deck over looking the forest and old horse barn. It is designed with comfort in mind with a small great room and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor along with one full bath. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath downstairs with a basement laundry room. There is outdoor access from the downstairs. There is spacious parking next to the pine farm. Here you can enjoy a plethora of Virginia wildlife. Guest access This property is very secluded with quite a bit of yard space for you to enjoy. There is an old horse barn and shop on the property that are for the owners use only. Other things to note We provide corn hole and a few other outdoor games for all ages.
