The apartment is bright, airy, quiet, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment, including: • The bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and entrance hall • The private 20 m² patio with a view of the pool • The residence swimming pool (shared with other residents) • Free parking within the residence Access is autonomous, with an easy key handover upon arrival. The residence is secure and has a 24/7 on-site guard for added peace of mind. Other things to note Please respect the residence’s house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Access to the pool is reserved for residents and must be used with respect and quietness. The pool is available every day of the week except Monday, which is reserved for cleaning and disinfection. The neighborhood is quiet; please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. For security reasons, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment.
