All rooms feature individual mini-splits for perfect comfort. With four upstairs bedrooms, a home gym, office, 12-seat dining table beneath soaring ceilings, a coffee-lover’s kitchen, fenced yard, and original art throughout, this stay is historic, modern, and deeply restorative for groups and families. The space Interior — Upstairs This historic 1840s home, thoughtfully renovated for modern comfort, features four bedrooms upstairs, all equipped with individual mini-split systems to ensure year-round comfort—whether it’s 90° in summer or -10° in winter. • Primary Suite The spacious primary bedroom includes a organic mattress king bed, a working gas fireplace, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with both a soaking tub and jetted tub—a true retreat. • Queen Bedroom (Elm Street View) A bright, inviting room with two large windows overlooking Elm Street, set well back from the road for privacy. • Queen Bedroom (Skylight Room) A magical space featuring a queen bed, skylight above the bed, and views of the side yard. • Kids / Flexible Bedroom Includes a full-size floor bed with a high-end Avocado mattress, exceptionally comfortable for children or adults alike. Guest access Guests will have access to the main house, driveway, backyard, sauna and pool. Other things to note Pool: -We do our best to keep the pool balanced and swim-ready, but May weather can be unpredictable. The pool area is always open to enjoy, but swimming is not guaranteed in May. -The pool is not heated. Attached Black Walnut Apartment: -Separate guests may be staying in the attached apartment. Please respect their privacy. -They have a designated parking space in front of the “Guest Parking” sign — you’re welcome to park anywhere else in the driveway. Lost & Left-Behind Items: -Guests are responsible for their belongings. -We do not mail forgotten items like chargers or clothing. -For important items, mailing can be arranged with a self-addressed USPS label provided within 48 hours of check-out.
