Walking distance to Grassroots music festival!! The Baldwin Manor is a historic home in the heart of the Village of Trumansburg. A stylishly updated Italianette with modern flare sits 2 blocks from Main Street. The property is spacious and welcoming. It can sleep 10-13 people spread out over 5 rooms. Features include a warm living room gas fireplace, large fenced in backyard, an in-ground pool, well stocked kitchen, and large dining table for entertaining. Come enjoy this historic modern gem! This is a historic home with four large bedrooms and spaces to sleep. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Three guest rooms have a a total of two queens and one full size bed respectively. There is an additional bedroom/office downstairs with a full sized futon bed. In the living room, 2 couches can sleep a total of 3 people. We also have an air mattress, floor mattress, crib, and pack n play upon request. There is an additional full size bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The kitchen has a galley and three bar stools and a small breakfast table that can expand for 6 comfortably. The dining room is the ideal setting for large gatherings and can seat 12. The outdoor area is a true gem. A vast, beautifully landscaped yard encircles a sparkling in ground pool, inviting leisurely swims or poolside relaxation. This outdoor haven is perfect for barbecues, parties, or peaceful moments in nature. The pool is open May - October. A large BBQ area and fire pit with outdoor furniture make for wonderful long nights outside with friends. The property has a rich history of being a bed and breakfast for weddings and other events. Currently, while a year round private residence, it is available during our times away from the area. Guests will have access to the main house, driveway, backyard, and pool. This is a walkable and cute village with slow traffic and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We have parking for 6 vehicles. Walking around is quite easy in the village of Trumansburg. It is about a 20 min drive to Ithaca and 25 mins to Watkins Glen. 25 mins to Cornell University and Ithaca College. 1. **Walking**: Given its close proximity to Main Street, many local attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The town's compact layout makes it pedestrian-friendly. 2. **Biking**: Trumansburg is bike-friendly, with several areas accessible via bike lanes or quieter streets. It may be rented during your stay. They have a private parking area and private entrance.
