It has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, perfect for families or groups of friends. Our building offers many amenities for you to enjoy your stay. You can rest in the king bed, queen bed, or 1 additional foldable bed. The television in the living room comes with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus. • We have 1 PARKING spot for a large vehicle. It's important to always state your name and apartment number when entering or leaving the building with the security staff who open the parking gate. The building also requires an ID as a guarantee to give you the parking badge, which is returned when you hand back the badge. • To make you feel at home, we will provide some basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, and earplugs. If you need more, there's a supermarket nearby. • For every registered guest, we will provide one towel. • Bed sheets for the beds are included. If you want bedding for the extra foldable bed, please let us know in advance. • Traveling with a baby? We have a portable crib, baby bathtub, high chair, and remote monitor available. Just request them in advance, subject to availability. • Need something to eat? There's a nearby supermarket (Soriana Super Kukulcan Plaza). • Don't miss out on the amenities! We have a BEACH, pool, terrace, tennis court, elevator, and gym. Some of them might have time restrictions. • The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (70 mb/s). • We also offer board games, provided they are requested in advance. • There's an iron available for clothes. • Only guests who have booked will be allowed access. Please ensure you select the correct number when making the reservation. • Check-in: flexible timing after 3:00 pm. Check-out: flexible timing before 11:00 am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, there's an additional charge of 80% for the previous or following night, subject to availability. Please check in advance with your host. • Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the apartment due to the agreement we have with the owner • The price to pay will be the one displayed on Airbnb when you make your reservation. Upon booking, you can download a receipt, but we do not issue invoices. Other things to note • Please notify the host of an approximate arrival time. • We provide some complimentary toiletries and cleaning items. Please note that Airbnb is a vacation apartment rental platform, not a hotel. If you need more items, you can purchase them at the "Soriana Super" store a few blocks from here. • The resort/condominium offers an "all-inclusive" service for an additional fee per person per night. You can opt for it, but this is separate from us as hosts. It's optional to avail. The rates per person can be in 2 modes: OPTION 1: 9 am to 10 pm $90 USD. OPTION 2: breakfast only $30 USD. • Unfortunately, we cannot change the reservation dates with less than 20 days in advance. • Some common areas, such as the pool, gym, game room, terrace, or tennis courts, may be closed on certain days due to maintenance or reservations by other neighbors; this is not up to the host. • The food items shown in the images are for reference only and are not included in the price. • We offer a cleaning fee for the day you vacate, but we do not provide daily cleaning service. If you want additional cleaning, you can request it at an additional cost of $900 pesos per day (subject to availability).
