This private carriage house sits in the Historic District behind a 1910 Grand Victorian which is listed on the National Historic Registry. The carriage house has been newly renovated and is situated atop the garage. Features a modern full kitchen, king bed, living area with pull out sofa for extra sleeping if needed, and full bathroom. Guest access You are welcome to relax by the koi pond. The landscaping is still a work in progress. Other things to note Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight with a maximum of 4 people at any given time. No parties. We offer 1 off street parking spot. Any additional vehicles must park along the street.
