Fun Family Retreat w/ Games Room & Hot Tub

Welcome to a bright, spacious retreat perfect for families and groups. Sunlight pours through large windows, creating a warm, inviting space. Start your day with a quiet coffee, then head downstairs for ping pong, air hockey, basketball, board games, Super Nintendo, or movie night on the big screen. Outside, enjoy a private, family-friendly yard with gas BBQ, lots of seating, a play area for the kids, games for all and a relaxing hot tub—fun and comfort for everyone. The space Bedrooms This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. There is a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the secondary room. The bunk room sleeps 4 with a single bed over a double bed and a single trundle pull out below. Additionally, there is a double bed in a nook in the basement, this is not an enclosed room but offers some privacy. There is also a queen air mattress which can be provided upon request. Kitchen The kitchen is an eat-in style kitchen, great for families. There is also a separate dining room space for sit down meals. This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals for your family or group. Living Space There is a large family room upstairs with lots of comfortable seating. There are some bookshelves offering a variety of reading materials for both adults and youth. The TV is a smart TV and Netflix is already signed in and ready to use. Basement The basement is a space set-up for fun for everyone! There is a comfy sectional and a big screen tv, great for movie nights. Hooked up to the TV is a classic super Nintendo. Additionally you will find building and ride on toys for young children, trains and tracks and books for family reading. There is also a large selection of board games, a ping pong table, a full size air hockey table and even a basketball game. Bathrooms There are 2 full clean and updated bathrooms. The upstairs bath is a tub shower combo and the basement has a full sized shower. Backyard The Backyard is fully private, set up and ready to use. There is a dining table and lots of comfortable seating. There is a step 2 extreme roller coaster back there which provides HOURS of fun for kids of all ages. There is also a gas BBQ hooked up and ready to use.
