The space The property is 12+ acre private lot just a few minutes walk to the Goldbug Hot Springs Trailhead. We have custom built a large 3 unit home. The main level being a 2 bedroom (nearly always empty) private residence. The lower level being your unit and one other. Each unit has it's own private patio, entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom, etc. Think of it like a hotel room, but more secluded, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
