Immerse yourself in nature at our brand new Forested ledge site. Surrounded by trees, listen to the birds and enjoy a bonfire. Follow us on IG @steadyslope Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; while it is a short walk, giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult. Our fully furnished tent and campsite features: a heavy duty canvas tent, with a queen size bed and indoor seating area.  There is a quarter mile walking trail from the parking area to the site. Adjacent to the tent is a picnic table and fire pit, plus all you need to grill out.  We provide unlimited firewood for cooking and bonfires. The site is extremely private and you should not see any other people unless you are in the parking area. When you come up Williams Rd you will stay left all the way to the top. The parking area is on the left on the grass facing the house. When you arrive you will load your bags into our RTV and we will deliver them to the site. You will take the short walk up to the site. It is very important guests do not arrive after dark! It is very important tent guest do not arrive after dark. We meet, greet, and give all our guests orientation the property . We can also transport your supplies and personal items to the site by motorized buggy. From then you will be on your own unless you need anything. I normally share my cell number to text. We live on a town maintained dirt rd. We are the last house on the left. We have 60 acres of a mix of fields and forest. Parking is by the house right off Williams rd. All of our sites are walking distance to the parking. There is absolutely no smoking, using candles (except the ones we provide), or burning incense inside the tent. Let us know upon booking if you want to add the sauna to your stay. For an extra $50 you can have exclusive access to the four person sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower. We provide towels and robes. Please let us know if you need soap. The sauna is private and booked by guests separately from your room. Availability is dependent on prior bookings, but we do our best to accommodate everyone. The outdoor shower is part of the sauna/bathhouse area. If you want to use the shower please let us know. The shower is available for occasional use if there are no guests booked in the sauna. (Heating Season ONLY) The wood stove in the tent is easy to use. It will keep the tent warm and cozy even when temperatures drop below the 30's. If you have questions about it please do not hesitate to ask.
