With high ceilings, ample skylights, a sunny garden and lots of character, our spacious family home is warm and inviting. It's conveniently located in the very walkable and colorful neighborhood of the Inner Mission. From dive bars to Michelin starred restaurants, it's a foodie heaven that still maintains a strong neighborhood vibe. Our historic house was redesigned to include open living areas, and has a large garage with fast access to the highway to get to the East Bay or the Peninsula. The space Our historic Victorian home was redesigned by its previous architect-owners, who made its interior light-filled and modern, with open living areas and a tropical garden. The home is quiet, spacious and modern, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, various midcentury pieces of furniture and interesting artwork. Sun-drenched thanks to its many skylights, the house gets morning sun in the kitchen and sunset golden hour in the living room. The inviting private deck is a wonderful spot to sip coffee in the morning and enjoy an aperitivo in the evening. While the house is fun and characterful, it's also convenient with its large parking garage, central location near some of the best restaurants and bars in San Francisco, and only 15 mins from SFO airport. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and another with a full and twin bed) and a full bath with bathtub. All bedrooms have sound machines and fans (though you rarely need the fans!). There is also a Peloton in the queen bedroom, so bring your cycling shoes. Downstairs includes: * Bedroom (full bed) with large work desk (with a large monitor) * Full bath with a standing shower * Kitchen and family dining area with 6-person table * Dining room with a large table that seats 8-10 * TV/play room * Formal living room with a Mørso wood-burning stove This is our family home so the kitchen is fully stocked (we love cooking! you'll find waaaay more than lame pre-ground pepper and salt in our kitchen). The house is also child friendly, with toys and books, but please note we've long since removed all baby proofing components. The house also serves as our home office, so we have high speed fiber internet and a good workspace set-up. The garage is very large and can fit up to two cars, parked in tandem. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and garage, this is not a shared property. There is a fourth bedroom upstairs which will be locked as its the owners space. There is also an owners storage space in the garage which will remain locked. Other things to note Our home is an historic Victorian, which means it has very few closets (those silly Victorians!). The downstairs bedroom has a closet, but both upstairs bedrooms lack closets inside the rooms –– however there is a spacious hallway closet just outside these upstairs bedrooms.
