Spanning 67 square meters, Sole provides a well-designed layout that combines relaxation and functionality. This apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed that promises a restful sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the bedrooms features a dedicated workstation, providing a convenient space for any work or study needs you may have during your stay. One of the bedrooms also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, offering an added touch of convenience and privacy. The second detached bathroom ensures that everyone has a place to get ready for their day. The living room is a haven for entertainment, boasting a full entertainment system that lets you unwind with your favorite shows and movies. An adjacent dining table invites you to savor delicious meals or engage in lively conversations with friends or family. The fully furnished kitchen offers all the essentials you need for preparing meals, and it's designed to be both practical and stylish. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and 1 bedroom. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
