The full bed will sleep 2 average size adults. The couch could also sleep a 5th guest, it’s pretty comfy! Large deck overlooking lake with patio set seating 4 as well as picnic table that would comfortably fit 6. There is also a bench that will fit 3. Four Additional outdoor chairs in shed 2. Wooded property with many mature trees, native bushes and plants attracting butterflies, birds, bees, plenty of shade, kids and dogs will love playing in the private secluded yard backed up to a private wooded park. You are in the woods, on a lake, in the middle of nature, so please know there may be mosquitos or flies that get inside. To limit the bugs, please shut doors quickly upon entering and exiting. The property is located in Harrison just 20 minutes south of houghton lake. The cottage is on cranberry lake on one of the secluded and quiet canals. Guest access Guest have entire cottage and property to themselves. Only a few things that are NOT for guest use: the boat, locked cupboard inside rental, & items in shed 1 (nearest to road). Anything in rental not locked up, you are welcome to use during your stay. In addition, 2 well maintained kayaks, paddles, and adult life jackets are available to guests for FREE! Cranberry lake is an all sports lake. You will also have access to 2 private neighborhood beaches, one is within walking distance. No dogs are allowed on the sandy part of the beaches in the private neighborhood. We have a large bbcue grill free to use during your stay as well. Other things to note DOGS!!! We LOVE friendly potty trained dogs! We have a wonderful set up here for your furry friend to safely enjoy their stay. No dogs on beds please! WE HAVE HERE FOR YOUR DOGS: -water and food bowls -large 36” long crate if needed to give your baby a place to feel secure in their own den while you are out to dinner. Will neatly fit beside couch. (Kept in shed) -two 30 foot tie outs (one that reaches front door so you can just hook your pup up to potty late at night.) -poo bags and separate poo garbage
