Sleeps 5. Perfect for small families, couples, girls getaway. The full bed will sleep 2 average size adults. The couch can also sleep a 5th guest, it’s really comfy! Step outside onto the deck from the sliding door overlooking the lake, relax with your morning coffee and breakfast. Watch the sunset while enjoying a nice dinner. Large deck overlooking lake with umbrella patio set and picnic table. Wooded property with many mature trees, native bushes and plants attracting butterflies, birds, pollinators, plenty of shade, kids and dogs will love playing in the private secluded yard backed up to a small private wooded park. The property is located in Harrison just 20 minutes south of houghton & Higgins lake. The cottage is on cranberry lake. Harrison is known for 20 lakes in 20 minutes! Guest access Guest have entire cottage and property to themselves. Only a few things that are NOT for guest use: the boat, locked cupboards inside rental, & items in shed 1 (nearest to road). Free for guest use: bbcue grill, 2 kayaks, paddles, and adult life jackets are available to guests for FREE! Cranberry lake is an all sports lake. You will also have access to 2 private neighborhood beaches, one is within 10 min walking distance. No dogs are allowed on the sandy part of the beaches in the private neighborhood. Other things to note DOGS!!! We LOVE friendly potty trained dogs! We have a wonderful set up here for your furry friend to safely enjoy their stay. Only 2 dogs please. There is a $100 per dog nonrefundable fee. *No dogs on any furniture or beds please! *No dogs left unattended loose in rental, you MUST crate your dog or take with you. WE HAVE HERE FOR YOUR DOGS: -water and food bowls -large 36” long crate if needed to give your baby a place to feel secure in their own den while you are out to dinner. (Kept in shed) -two 30 foot tie outs -poo bags and outdoor garbage EXTRA GUESTS -if you have more than 5 guests there will be a $75 per guest feel to cover additional resources used at rental.
