Our house was founded in 1863 and is still family-owned, in 6th generation now. It is situated directly beside the river Main in the calm old part of the town. For over 150 years we do our best to keep all modern and lovely for our guests. We try to go on with traditions of our ancestors and this gives the special touch of our style, which you cannot find in the anonymity of big standard hotels. The space We try to make sure that all our guests get an idea of our special traditional personality and feel comfortable. Our team of long-standing, dedicated employees and we as the owner family will always assist, if any guest need help. We are all looking forward to making your stay in our family business as pleasant as possible. Guest access You will have access to one private room with private en-suite bathroom and minibar. There is small lobby with seats and a guests' balcony you can use, sharing with all other guests. In your room there is a kettle and dishes/cutlery. For extra fee a small kitchen can be used, including stove and oven, microwave, cookware, space in a freezer and a lockable private closet. On request, we provide an accommodation certificate ("Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung") for the duration of your stay. You can use this to register your temporary residence at the city administration. During your stay From the phone at your room you can call us 24/7 if there is any problem or emergency. From 8-22.00h you will almost find one of us to talk to personally. Other things to note Non-smoking hotel! Everywhere inside the house, including all rooms smoking is strictly forbidden! Smoking only in outside areas! Breakfast buffet can be booked for 8 EUR/day/person. Changing of used towels/bed linen during your stay is provided for extra fees. There's a shop for laundry service nearby for your private clothes. In Hanau you can find 2 self service laundry shops to wash and dry. Attention! In this room WiFi could be weak, depending on the receiving of your device! Good WiFi is available in the public areas. If you need good WiFi in your room, ask for it. We can make an offer for other room!
